Venelestis decks remain oracle decks at their core, they give answers, but not in the form of fixed keywords. The answers arise through attention, context, and the symbolic language you develop over time.

Independent by design

There is no guidebook included and this is intentional. The deck is designed to work with your own references: herbals, field guides, folklore, journals, memories, conversations, and direct experience.

You are not learning the meaning of the cards. You are learning how a meaning and symbol forms.

Venelestis Botanical Oracles are not about mastering a predefined method. They are about learning how to listen, notice, and relate, and allowing symbolism to take shape through repeated use. If you are drawn to divination as a living practice, these decks are an invitation to begin or to deepen that work.

Traditional decks and their guidebooks often act as a authority, forcing you to memorize someone else’s vocabulary before you feel allowed or qualified to divine. Venelestis removes this middleman. These decks do not include a guidebook because the language of the natural world is already yours to command. When you look at a card, you aren't looking for a hidden code; you are observing biological reality. A root is a foundation, a thorn is a boundary, and a vibrant fruit is a result. By engaging with the plants at face value, observing their shapes, colors, and Latin lineages, you bypass authorial imposition of meaning and reclaim your own magical agency.

This absence of a book is not a lack of information, but an invitation to discipline. Relying on a guide often leads to outsourcing your intuition to an expert, which kills the actual dialogue between you and the spirit. In the Venelestis framework, meaning is built on the spot through sensory observation, personal association and relationship between you, the card and the spirits. Whether you see a red slug as a garden pest or free duck food, your perspective is the correct one for the reading. You don’t need a qualification in botany or a 200-page manual to understand the world you live in; you simply need to sit, look, and listen to the associations already present in your mind.

All packages are carefully packed and are sent via tracked mail through the national postal carrier. 

Shipping to the US

Because I send the packages through the Czech Post, which doesn't offer pre-payment of tariffs (and hence doesn't accept shipment of trade goods to the US at all, since the discontinuation of de minimis), all packages to the US will be declared as gifts and import customs fees have to be paid by the customer before the delivery via USPS.

This may result in delays of delivery. Since packages are shipped recommandé and tracked, there is no increased risk of loss of the parcel. Prior to shipping your order to the US, you will be contacted, to make sure you are aware of these circumstances.
